UI/UX Designer

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the user interface and experience design of our AI-based motivation and habit tracking app. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will collaborate closely with the product team to create seamless user experiences that enhance engagement and drive user satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes that showcase the visual aesthetics and user interactions of the app.
• Ensure that the app's UI is consistent with the brand identity and provides a cohesive user experience across different screens and platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs, while considering technical feasibility and constraints.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the app's UI/UX.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and proactively propose new ideas and improvements.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate the team on the importance of a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to align design efforts with overall business objectives.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and frameworks is a plus.
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
